Regents Garden Aubin Grove, established in 2012, is an aged care home featuring 102 individual suites across five secure indoor neighborhoods. Each suite is designed to provide effective clinical care alongside luxurious accommodations. Very friendly and professional staff
Very beautiful Building and very cooperative staff .
Absolutely appalling dealing with higher management definitely unprofessional current ceo she more or less gave my family the finger and to get lost and no concern what so ever for My mother near death experience- no remorse no apology to my mother absolutely disgusting, they like to sweep things under ther carpet n use a hell of a lot of red tape to there advantage. Only good thing I can say some staff are absolutely outstanding n go beyond there duty to make my mother as comfortable as possible
Disgusting management. Hardly any English speaking staff, I assume so all the mistreatment can continue being swept under the rug. If you actually love your elders, don’t send them here. The level of care is bare minimum. Absolutely appalled.
Not able to fault this place. Staff are lovely, spacious and does not feel like a nursing home. Great thought and planning has gone into its design.
