Was there a while ago, and I must commend staff member Maryum for her dedication, professionalism and passion for her work.
I have never meet a more incompetent group of staff. Admittedly my information about the staff is 2nd hand and I know things have been tough through Covid BUT... I have loved one who is 88years old, married for 64yrs and visits his wife here. Why should he be the one on his hands and knees picking up her mess and dropped things off the floor that she lost weeks ago. And now today, Sunday, He was locked inside because there weren't any staff around to let him out! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
My parents live here. The staff are excellent and my parents have a lovely new room together with their own space and a TV each.
Excellent caring place.
Very lovely and caring place, staff there are all super nice and friendly.
