Rude staff. Took the day off from work and travelled from Lane Cove to visit my dying grandmother. Was told no more than a total of 2 visitors. Nowhere on the website was it mentioned nor when I rang. I also checked their paperwork and they are required to allow more than 2 visitors when a patient is in pallative care. May not be able to see her at all now because I am going interstate tomorrow and wont be back until the new year
