Clean and tidy. However, there is always nobody at the reception, when you finally saw someone, they're often not willing to help especially the blonde, older lady, medium to large build and always grumpy. Something you guys should work on as bluecare is not far from you guys and provide heaps better service.

I've been happy with my mum's care at Parkwood Gardens. Most of the staff are regulars and are very supportive and caring. Any time I have had an issue, large or small, the response from nursing or management staff has been positive, issues are followed up and feedback is always provided. In comparison to a previous experience in another centre, this facility is first class.
