I was planning to msg them about a possible job at the coffee shop but I was suprised to see the low rating so I have decided to add my experience. I was looking for a nursing home for my father who was diagnosed with vascular dementia. I was super stressed and under pressure to move my father. From the first contact until my father passed away I have nothing bad to say. My father enjoyed the excursions, the garden outside his room, he was happy with the food and his favourite place was the coffee shop.

Worst service I have recieved ever. Cant pay in full upfront, cant pay without giving all your financial details, cant join for a set time so you have to fill out forms to stop them direct debiting your account. Totally useless. Rather drive the extra 15km to the Aquatic Centre.
