I was planning to msg them about a possible job at the coffee shop but I was suprised to see the low rating so I have decided to add my experience. I was looking for a nursing home for my father who was diagnosed with vascular dementia. I was super stressed and under pressure to move my father. From the first contact until my father passed away I have nothing bad to say. My father enjoyed the excursions, the garden outside his room, he was happy with the food and his favourite place was the coffee shop.

If I could live there, I'd have friends, and all the supports I need. I worked there as security when It was being buit 8+ years ago. I meet all the requirements it's amazing place, and support you get. the waiting list is so long to get in though or I'd give it 5stars

Worst service I have recieved ever. Cant pay in full upfront, cant pay without giving all your financial details, cant join for a set time so you have to fill out forms to stop them direct debiting your account. Totally useless. Rather drive the extra 15km to the Aquatic Centre.
