This place didnt bother calling me until my hubby died.i promised I would be there with him and so he died alone not good enough i told nursing staff i needed to be there with him so now im left with the guilt of not being there for my husband sooo very unhappy about this not good enough
Poor management
This nursing home was terrible when my late mum was being cared for three years ago she was battered and abused , they even misplaced her wedding band .I could go on about it more but I would need a whole page more
My mother was a resident until her passing yesterday. The staff are truly amazing people. The care and compassion they show both rhe residents and their families is unbelievable. If you are looking for a place for a loved one Olive Grove Salisbury is definately one of the best.
