Appalling “team” environment. I had a family member working here who was left in tears on her first day after she endured hell. Listening to one of their most “loved” workers belittle and share confidential information about residents. When my family member reported this to HR she was assured they would take it seriously. When she went back she was pulled into a room with another authority figure yet she had no one with her and chastised for “speaking about the report to other co workers” however all she said after enduring hours of being asked and asked was “there was personal issues and concerns so I had to take it to HR”. Nothing about what actually happened and the misconduct happening. She even lost shifts “until they could handle the report with HR”. My family member has been left absolutely devastated and at a huge loss after this. She will not be returning and encourages you all to be very careful when going for a job here or putting your loved ones in this facility after what she has seen first hand behind the scenes.

The most magnificent and caring place who looked after my father during his time of need. Always felt that care and empathy came before everything else here. Recommend whole heartedly

I just wanted to say the Biggest thank you and genuine heart felt appreciation, to Nurses Julie and Kiralee and all the wonderful staff, who take such great care of my beloved sister Naomi, who is in lamienia wing . I write many letters to Naomi, and each and every nurse takes the time to read them to her. When i ring up, sometimes Naomi will talk, but the nurses reassure me that her face lights up, when i call. I have spent many hours visiting with Naomi recently and i saw how wonderful and respectfully the nursing staff treat Naomi and all the residents. my daughter Debbie said they should make a training video of the Nurses .. and distribute it.. as a "How to do the best and caringest nursing." I cry when i think of how my darling sister has deteriorated, but ever so thankful that she is in your care. I met a lovely Nun this time and she engaged with each and every resident, and took the time to make them feel special and loved. I could write for ever, but please know that I , my family and Naomi's family thank you all. kindest. warmest wishes and blessings Charmaine and Deb
