My husband moved into the facility march 2021. He's happy, enjoys his meals and lifestyle activities He calls his room 'home' and takes great pride in the day to day tasks he does. I volunteer a few hours a week and it's like a second family. Disappointing is the shortage of visitor parking and only 1 Disability Car Park for visitors.

Friend is in here. What a fabulous place to have your loved one. Lovely big rooms they can personalise ,super friendly staff...and spacious grounds ..hair salon, cinema. Very very impressed. Only bad thing is her room is right where all the big yellow garbage bins are stored.

Hi, My mum and dad have been in here for a year and a bit. With issues along the way. I have been there very closely over this time. Yes there has been turn over in staff etc and management. I work in aged care area so I understand to a point of what goes on. My mum passed away 6 weeks ago. The conversations mum and I had about the facility she use to say go elsewhere and you will have the same issue or worse. On a positive note mum always said when she was really unwell she got the critical care she needed as well. In her last weeks of palliative care my family and I cannot fault the staff that went above and beyond to help support and care for my mum. They all loved my mum and also my dad who is still living. The staff are always keeping sn eye on dad. I am in contact with Lois and staff who help us with dad. At the end of the day, we are happy with the care my parents got. The facility should have a generator though. That’s one thing I feel it needs. Other than that my parents may not or lived as long as they have, because I couldn’t of provided them the care they needed. So big shoutout to the staff that go above and beyond! Sue
