Hey my brother , has been in there for over 4 years now , and they do a great Job , so before any writes a bad comment. I suggest get real & show some respect for our aged care workers, Moran do a great job.

Very clean and light, uncrowded. Visited a resident so don't know what care or food is like. Leafy outlook and quiet. High security and must covid test before entry. Mask required and visitor numbers limited.

My vivacious beautiful 66 year old mother died here as they had no idea about giving patients oxygen and turned it up that high that she was poisoned by carbon monoxide. We were mourning for such a long time that were not in right frame of mind to take it further. Had untrained inexperience staff that were short staffed. 1 nurse for 2 floors. She died unexpectedly and in pain.

Can with confidence recommend Moran , Sylvania, my Father spent almost 3 years here, before he passed at 101. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the RNs and carers excellent, the food is very good, am thankful my father was able to spend his last years here. Thank you Lorraine the manager for your excellent steerage of the facility, I will be forever thankful

This place is the reason my beautiful nan is dead. They let her sit there and rot instead maintaining the healing of her wound, even as far as not getting her on the medication that the doctor prescribed her until we brought it up when we found out she hadn't been getting it. When her health deteriorated even more due to their lack of care they wouldn't call an ambulance, our family had to do it when we saw the state she was in, by that point it was too late. With that being said, there are some amazing, lovely staff members there. If only everyone there was on the same page.
