My nana was very well looked after here. Great atmosphere and workers were great too. Nice gardens and recreational rooms.
THE MOST DISGUSTING AGED CARE EVER - NICE BUILDING TO FOOL PEOPLE. ALWAYS LOW AND LAZY STAFF, CORRUPT MANAGEMENT - PSCHYO HEAD CHEF - BEN . THIS PLACE BULLY'S AND HARASS STAFF. THERE ARE ALWAYS FIGHTING HAPPENING IN THE KITCHEN. DONT SEND PARENTS HERE. ITS SHITT PLACE. NOBODY LIKES TO WORK HERE, NOT EVEN AGENCY STAFF. RUN AWAY FROM THIS.
Patient care is poor. Apathetic staff, incompetant mangement are putting residents at risk.
Nice new facilities. Staff very friendly.
The home is clean, good food, lots of female workers but no males for the male residents for bathing. Once your loved one changes care you will find out the little truths. The theft of expensive clothes, it was unusual the residents didn't mix & stayed in their rooms providing a sense of loneliness & inadequate medical care and attention. Dad now requires a private doctor and rehabilitating our Dad from being provided unlimited amounts of alcohol and further damaging his liver. No podiatry or dental provided in 12 months. No medical information transferred to new home and refusal to do so unless you go through inconvenient request for information. Then to top it off a huge failure with continuing monthly DAP well after the resident has vacated. Try and communicate with management in getting that back. Keep every scrap of evidence.
No Accommodation fee for respite
