Mercy Health Bethlehem Home for the Aged, rebuilt in 2012, offers extensive amenities including large dining rooms, activity rooms, a library, kitchenettes, and cosy sitting areas. The home has two internal courtyards, a chapel, a hairdresser, and a café.

Staff at the facility provide personalized support, enabling residents to engage in various activities such as community outings, concerts, indoor bowls, gardening, craft groups, and cooking. Transport for both internal and external events and activities is available. Community groups are also regularly invited to the home.

A promotional offer is currently available, providing two weeks of free respite care when three weeks are booked, subject to conditions.
