Was good until the management changed. Now it is a most unfriendly place to visit. Majority of the staff are good. Unless you have a 110% reason to go there - stay away.
I've always found the staff to be kind and professional. My grandmother, who's a resident, has no complaints.

Aged care facility just tbe same as all aged care facilities
The staff are fantastic, and the building has been given an uplift / lick of paint, etc., but the new owners have really squeezed staffing levels, making life difficult for both staff and residents.
