My mum stayed there almost 15 years and majority of the staff are lovely and caring. The facility contracted out the cleaning jobs to outsider and they had NOT been top knot. The food are great but they did not have a major change in menu for a long time. For the long term residences that can be a negative. There are difference social, religious and exercise activities happen every week.
First Vietnamese speaking Aged care in Victoria, which is great for non English speaking residents. The centre is well managed. Facilities are clean. Staff are generally caring. There are regular games, fun and religious activities held for residents.
