About our home
Meercroft Care is a not-for-profit aged care facility that offers a variety of services, including a secure dementia unit with 29 beds and 1 respite bed. The facility also includes a total of 127 beds, of which 3 are respite beds.
The environment features modern dining and lounge areas equipped with flat-screen televisions and stereo systems, as well as two shared courtyards, a chapel, a resident library, and two lounges. The main dining room provides a spacious 121 square meters shared across two areas, with tea and coffee making facilities available.

The best nursing home on the north west coast. From the food to activities it’s a fantastic home. The staff are all friendly & very kind. The main priority of Meercroft is the lifestyle of the residents. Everyone is happy & enjoying life there
Superb nursing home. The staff from reception, cleaners, laundry, kitchen, carers, nurses, activities & even kiosk workers are all sooo lovely. My mum is THRIVING there. The food is outstanding. There’s so many fun activities & the place is so bright & inviting. They have morning tea events every day. Animals visit daily. Wifi is connected to the residents TV’s in their rooms. I’d give it 6 stars ⭐️ if I could

Great Home, fantastic position , all on one level ,stone's throw to the beach and bluff. Great staff very proffesional a place that feels like your own home.
A perfectly positioned cared care facility opposite the ocean near Mersey Bluff. The staff are kind, caring & professional at the same time. Residents are only a short distance from town so great for those with mobility scooters.
