Atmosphere is too much like a hospital and very depressing. It does not have a homely feeling about it. Staff were not concerned about completing basic cares on Residents while I was there, didn't even stick there head in the door to see if the Resident was OK, not even 1 time in a 4hr period. Very outdated with technology, the Medication Charts are still being done by hand, leaving too much room for Human Error, ven claiming they don't have any paperwork or Hospital Discharge Paperwork that has the latest medical diagnosis. Food is horrible, all they want to do is Medicate Residents so they are is a vegetative state. Very few staff actually care about the Residents, constantly being rough when providing 'cares' and when the Resident defends themselves they call it assault. If you are thinking of putting a loved one in make sure you install Spy Camera's. Staff need to remember that this is the Residents Home first and foremost, not their place of employment, show some empathy and respect to the Resident and their loved ones. If I could have given a lower star rating I would have.

My friend is living here, and seems very happy with the living conditions. The staff were lovely and caring, when I visited, and they seemed to really care about the residents and their individual needs. It is clean and the rooms are spacious and feel like a bedroom at home, with photos and memorabilia from each person's life. There is even a garden terrace to enjoy. But that is as much as I can say after only one visit! 🌷

In my humble opinion this is one of the best facilities in the country. Incredible attentive staff who go the extra mile to assist and please the inmates of the facility. Nothing is a problem to them. Place is lovely and clean and well maintained. Meals are good. Nice atmosphere with gardens parks wildlife and in-house entertainment. An exception to the rule.
