Good place and friendly staff
This was my first visit to Salem Northridge, and I was impressed. It may not be the newest but ...there were windows everywhere which made the corridors and rooms light and bright. Looking out those windows you saw gardens, lawn or trees. It felt homely when I walked in. Maybe it's the size ...only 42 residents over three pods (as the staff call them). We're off to a good start, so Im hoping my father's next adventure here is a good one.
Clean and tidy, staff appear overworked and undermanned as are most facilities like these. Great people working here doing a difficult job.
I don't think I've been here, probably just forgotten.
Dementia wards are not what I would call good time places, but the staff here took exceptional care of my mum. The staff were caring and helpful and I could not fault the cleanliness of the place.
