Just a commune for old people, bit outrageous considering how much they charge
My mum lives here and she loves it. The staff are friendly and caring which I think helps alot
While the staff are very friendly and do their best to help, I feel that Management is where the problem lies. There seems to be very little, if any communication between shift changes. The recent move of many patients to a newer building was disorganized at best.
My experience indicates that this facility is more concerned with public image than ensuring that residents are treated appropriately.
