I worked there yesterday and the staff are fabulous from the office to all the staff they are so nice it was very refreshing working with beautiful warm people that welcome you in. I am looking forward to going back there. The staff are so happy it’s a joy to be around.
I have worked at Leigh Place Aged for almost 5 years. I have gained a lot of experience and this facility have equipped me with skills through numerous trainings that are useful in my career. The management is very supportive that listens to the concerns of staffs and residents. It is a harmonious workplace where resident and staffs treat each other like family members. I recommend Leigh Place Aged Care for those who are looking to start or develop their career in nursing and other health profession.
Wonderful place to work. Management team is always there and available whenever their staff or residents need anything. Had to leave this amazing team but will always look forward to work with them in future.
Nice facilities. Just difficult to get in and visit.
