RAAFA's Karri and Tuart Lodge provides a variety of care options including permanent, respite, and secure dementia care. The facility features 90 single rooms with ensuites, 20 suites, and a specialised wing called Jasmine House for dementia patients, which is enhanced by landscaped gardens and outdoor areas.

Meals are made on-site, offering multiple menu options. The lodge includes amenities such as Wi-Fi, a large function room, an onsite hairdressing salon, and multi-faith church services, catering to the diverse needs and comforts of its residents.
