Thank you to all the staff at Thomas Holt Kirrawee for your care, compassion and urgency to our family in getting mum placement and end of life care. This time is stressful enough and you all made it a bit easier. From Tony at the beginning to the lovely reception and nursing team throughout. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏

Would not recommend this nursing home. My step-father was admitted April 2021 and died Sept 2021. He was suffering from Dementia. I'm not here to blame the nursing home for his death. However I will point out that close to his death, our family was not allowed to visit him in person, only via video call, even though other nursing homes allowed visitors and the federal government's guidelines did not exclude visitation to nursing homes. So during his final moments he was alone, that thought makes me both angry and sad. At least he was well fed.

Wasn't happy when I drop off some things for My Mother, on The Trolley provided at 12*30pm. My Mother never Received her goods until 5*30pm. I understand there is A Lockdown, I thought I'll Count how many Staff walk in & take The Trolley with them. Zero. 5 Hours for My Mother to Receive Her Things. They can't Leave Their Room to go get their belongings left on The Trolley from Family & Love ones, OUTSIDE. We Can't get to See Our Love Ones. You'd Think STAFF WOULDN'T BE SO LAZY TO TAKE A TROLLEY FULL OF GOODS INSIDE & DELIVER THEM. GIVING SOMETHING NICE BACK TO THE ELDERLY... NO. THEY JUST WAIT 5 HOURS FOR A NICE STAFF TO PASS IT ON. The goods I was dropping off to My Mother, is to Keep Her Entertained whilst Lockdown is on. The day was OVER by the time She Received it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. 5 HOURS LATER. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU RECEIVE, & PATIENTS WAITING...... PUTRID. Plus, The Lovely Customer Service Representative, at Reception. How Delightful, Kind, Caring, & Oh So Helpful.. Wasn't sure if I was in a Nursing Home, or a Jail.

Disappointed when phoning today to find out that they could not tell me whether or not my friend resided there due to "privacy." I know she is there actually and just wanted to get her phone number or speak to her but no go.
