This Aged Care Home is a disappointment in many ways. Staff try hard, but there is a constant lack of staff. There is a lack of communication. Mum has contracted Covid from within the facility for the second time. Been trying all day to ring the front desk plus the Registered Nurse's direct number, with no one answering....at all....even though a message has been left. Not good enough.
Provide worst services,,, untrustworthy team members,,, give fake promises
