I love living at Hepburn House the staff are amazing, very helpful to me and my wife.
Great staff, friendly, respectful and kind. Excellent facilities and tasty, well presented food.
From my observations the staff are rushing the care and the shortage of staff seems to occur regularly. The food is not cooked well but they respond with oh that's how the older generation like their food cooked. Every concern raised there's an excuse but they do attempt to rectify the issue.
Great facilities, staff are fantastic and attentive to the needs and requirements of their residents. Lovely surroundings, very tranquil place.
Excellent level of care provided for the residents of Daylesford. Personally, I've never heard a bad word about this facility. Definately a place to consider when looking for an aged care facility.
