Helping hand at Golden Grove are just lovely. All the staff no matter what section from management to Cafe to carers to lifestyle. All work very hard for our families .My mum Joyce Sloan was lovingly cared for and we as the Sloan family will always be very grateful. Thankyou. Would 100%recommend this facility . Thank you to the lovely staff at helping hand GG who looked after our mum on her final days with care and dignity. For 3 years a team of admin, cleaners, cooks, cafe staff, maintenance, lifestyle, carers, volunteers, allied health, EN's & RN's did for her what we couldn't. A smile & some banter with a cup of tea doesn't go on a care plan or government report but means so much more to the people you genuinely care for.
Great place, staff are friendly, and very clean and orderly.
I'd started volunteer work here July 29th 2019, the staff and all the residents are friendly here at Golden Grove. I treat every residents here as this as their own home and they invite me into their own. The staff are so friendly if you need help they are willing to give you a hand. Keep up the great work everyone
