It’s totally bad I couldn’t explain by words but this place shouldn’t called as “hospital “ if you treat patients like me today. There is no sympathy even just as a human being does. Here is not a hospital, it’s no way to being as the hospital. Today I went to ER alone I can’t just move or walk. they gave a wheelchair but after I’m done seeing a doctor. The nurse came and asked me the wheelchair back. She said because I’m done and I need to go home, so I don’t need the wheelchair anymore. But I tried to explain that I still need it because I need to go and grab a taxi (it’s just in front of the ER) You know what?? Everyone in that room heard and shocked with that that she didn’t give me the wheelchair. I had to walk very slowly and hold a wall, door anything makes me can stand. Life is so hard getting medical services here. Before coming here I read some reviews but I just thought maybe it will be okay just some people weren’t ok with this place but some will be ok. I had a positive view with it but in the actual situation it’s worst. Also I have to wait 8 hours to see the doctor. Please go to other hospitals if you need good services.

This hospital is absolutely disgusting most of the doctors and nurses need to go back to school. Constantly wrongly diagnose my children with something they obviously don't have, in the end having to go to another hospital all because shepparton hospital have the lack of care for patience.

At Rosewood clinic, they ignore people based on community despite their appointment timing. This is also racism. If you don’t accept that type of behaviour then you also don’t have a right to behave like this to the patients. I always come 30mins earlier and always the last people who is called the name 50mins later!

My father recently received end of life care at GV Health medical unit, and the care he received from the staff here was exceptional. My family and I were treated with dignity and respect and dad was in great hands. The nurses, despite being extraordinary overworked, were so accommodating, giving the utmost care, and truly awesome service in this most demanding of roles. I commend every individual I dealt with during this very difficult time for us. Special shout out to Dot in the front office for going well above and beyond the call of duty. Your compassion and care shown to my mother during what was probably the lowest point in her life, was magnificent, and truly appreciated by the rest of the family. Thank you one and all.
