I have worked at Greenwood as the Lifestyle Services Coordinator for over a year and highly recommend the facility. The staff I work with are excellent and we all work together to do our best for the residents. The facility is beautifully designed and landscaped. The food is good and the wonderful Lifestyle team make life as fun and interesting as possible. We love our residents.

My 83 year old mother had her last 7 months at Greenwood. We looked at 7 homes in the area including BUPA in St. Ives and Wahroonga House before deciding on Greenwood. We are very happy with our choice. The staff are delightful / caring (mostly angels from Nepal) and professional, food is excellent and the rooms are comparable to a top hotel. Because Greenwood is such a high quality operation, I did not feel so guilty about moving her into aged care.

My mother up until recently has been residing in Greenwood Aged Care. I found the home always presented well and more importantly did not smell. Right until the time she passed away she was treated with dignity, professional care and respect. During the final days of my mothers life both my family and my Mum were cared for in such a genuine and professional way. I will always be thankful to the Greenwood team for all the heart felt care they provided Mum.

My great granny lives here. I have not visited in sometime due to living interstate, but on my last visit I was relieved to see that she is happy here. The staff are friendly and interact well with the patients.
