This is such an inviting and caring aged care facility. My father was there for many years and he fondly said it's not like a five star hotel, but it's more like a six star hotel!! Owner Helen and her team are such caring people and treat all their residents like family!! Rrgards, Danny.
This is a great aged Care facility . Absolutely love the environment here . Staff is very friendly . Residents are cared very well . Very homely and professional. Perfect workplace .
Very satisfied with my Mother's care at Graceland. The Management and Staff are caring, professional and always try to do their best. Being a smaller facility the care is very personal. More importantly my Mother is happy here.
A nice aged care facility with great staff and residents. A rare gem, not many facilities exist anymore with such a homely and inviting atmosphere.
This is a fantastic home, run by a caring family who love what they do. The staff here are amazing, supportive attentative, great people. They looked after my grandmother till she passed, the care for my grandmother for myself and my family will never be forgotten.
