My Aunt is being cared for really well and I like the fact that any Visitor or Staff have to have a Covid test each 3 days which protects the Residents....
Fantastic staff, beautiful gardens, lots of activities and outings, great food, bright and airy living spaces, therapy animals who visit, respectful people and clean fresh spaces beautifully decorated. Drs are top notch. Own living space with a Lovely dining room, and that is just Westerweller! One part of the village. Highly recommend!
You can't get anyone to answer the phone after 5.30. The staff, who are lovely, appear to have been cut back dramatically in the past 12 months. It takes ages for anyone to come when my elderly mother pushes her buzzer, which she hates doing, if anyone comes at all. If you don't have enough staff to answer the phone or come when one of the elderly needs you then you are obviously understaffed. Was great 2 years ago but I would not put my mother here now.
Excellent in every way. Staff couldn't be more caring. My parents were safe and in good hands there. Sadly they have both now passed away. Garden Lodge staff were so great especially then.
