I highly recommend this place to anyone who looks for a home-style aged care facility. I strongly believe that my husband John was in the best place during the last few weeks of his life. The carers, nurses, doctors and managerial staff members were exceptional and provided John with the best compassionate and professional care, especially during the generally difficult times brought by the pandemic situation. Their care meant the world to our family.

Our family’s experience with Fairmont has been one of partnership in caring for my father. We have found the staff to be the homes asset, this includes the manager all the way to the cleaning personnel, and they are all friendly and welcoming. We have ongoing communication with the manager and the staff to address all my father’s needs, and as the needs change, we have felt confident to speak with the staff and work towards solutions. My father has been at Fairmont for a number of years and we have the peace of mind that he is being cared for as an individual with his own culture. We think of Fairmont as the hidden gem of nursing homes, highly recommended if you want personalized care.

Fairmont Beautiful at first glance on photos and brochures , However be warned Nicholas Maksymow the “Managing Director” is completely detached from families in need .! Zero empathy , Zero Help , lacks common courtesy poor communication and cold . Such a shame that Fairmont boasts so much charm and warmth from the outside however it is Cold and and gloomy inside . Plenty of welcoming, warm nursing homes managed by professional staff that show care and comfort to families in need .!
