great place would recommend
Yesterday my mother had a fall in her bathroom and it took staff 4 hours to find her. they picked her up and put her in a wheelchair. She was not assessed by a doctor but by a physio who was more concerened about a bruise on heg leg and knee. it wasn't till later they decided to send her for an xray. They were going to put her in a maxi taxi and send her to Stawell hospital.None were available so they then called a non emergency ambulance. when the ambulance arrived they couldnt locate her. one of the staff had decided to take her for a haircut. She was transferred to Stawell hospital for xrays where she was found to have a fractured hip. she was transferred to Ballarat base hospital where she is undergoing surgery this afternoon. This is not the first incidence of neglect. Double doses of pills. Not making sure she has actually swallowed her medication. Just not bloody good enough. We dont want her going back there!!!!!
