Eastia health wodonga, thank you so much for the care of our mother. You’ve done the best you could with mum & again thank you to all the staff there.
Both of my parents are residents at Estia Wodonga, and I cannot say enough about how caring and accomodating they are. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful, kind and caring. I can rest easy knowing they are cared for now that their needs are too complex for me to continue caring for them in our home. I know they have been under a huge amount of strain during the Covid pandemic, and even when faced with massive challenges and staff shortages due to Covid they still kept up their standards and I cannot thank Kristen and her staff enough.
Things get stolen all the time by staff from residents , not acceptable at all. Things need to change.
Clean home with friendly staff. Great setting. Plenty of activities although all not enjoyed by some residents. Food could be improved. Resident complained that it was always cold.
