Thoroughly Recommend this facility. Our Mum stayed here for 2-weeks in late August 2022 for a Respite visit. The staff were lovely & caring . From the get-go the admissions staff (Deb & team) were calm & helpful explaining the process etc to us as this was our family's first interaction with residential care. Mum's clinical & personal care needs were certainly the priority for all staff & 100% Mum was well taken care of. Though Mum's care was difficult at times, the staff maintained a level of humour & dignity throughout. Very happy with this facility & the care they provided.
