All the Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and compassionate - no complaints only praise for the great service
On my first visit to Elizabeth Jenkins Place everything about the Centre gave me a good feeling and that hasn't changed. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful. The Centre Manager responds to all my queries promptly. The rooms are clean, well maintained and all the support staff are caring and kind. My 92 year old mother received a warm welcome and is supported in every way. I am confident that my mother is receiving the best of care.
Absolutely first class nursing home. The staff are extremely kind and compassionate. Rooms are lovely and clean, residents are really well cared for and loved by the staff. I definitely want to go there when my time comes.
I called Elizabeth Jenkins 3 times whilst searching for an aged care facility for my mother. Despite leaving my details each time, the person responsible never bothered to ring me back. Very poor!
