Went to visit resident as contractor. The nurse in Oaklands area not helpful and talking in the rude. I was standing outside the office and waiting her to open the office door, but this nurse was sitting in front of the computer, she saw me waiting, but all her did, just starting at me until I asked and knocked the door. And speak in the rude way, no manners at all. And I saw her name badge is team leader. How can she get this position if she got rude manners? Not helpful at all and so unprofessional. This person‘s behaviour ruins your age care reputation. I don’t want to this nurse to look after my relatives. Because of this, I wouldn’t choose this age care for my family and won’t recommend to my friends as well.

I could not design better care for my 91 year old Mother. No words can express how profoundly grateful I am to Bronte and ALL the team at Allambi. You are kind, caring and compassionate to the maximum and then some. Nothing has ever been too much trouble to cater for the individual needs of my darling Mum. May God bless you all for eternity.

Nothing to do with the actural aged care service. When you have your staff off site at service station ordering a coffee with their uniforms on with a student, they should watch their manners and image in public as any rudeness/inappropriateness would be easily interpreted into the nature of the organisation even if it has nothing to do with the type of service you provide. In short, take off your uniform before you choose to be an irritating person in public.
