Residents meal was cold when given to him at lunch time. Not much effort put in on the meal.

I have been around this area for a fair bit. However never thought my first visit would be to donate masks and sanitizers. Thanks to my lovely wife she encouraged me to make a contribution to the local community on my birthday. Hope normalcy returns for all residents soon.

Loving and caring staff. Such a beautiful environment, great meals. Activities daily/weekly that keep the residents busy and entertained.

Staff are caring++ and thoughtful++ and the activities are varied, stimulating and numerous. It's small, homely and the garden setting is beautiful. I just love this place.

One staff member in particular here should not be caring for older people. Rather large lady, walks around like she thinks she's in charge. All other staff are lovely but this overweight lady tends to pick on the visitors who try to liven up the place. Its a shame one person can bring down the fantastic effort of all the other staff. She scolded me for making chocolates and bringing food for my grandmother, AND stated that my Nana was better off without me. This is a nursing home, not a jail, beware this large woman. She is a disgrace to Edith Bendall Lodge
