These houses feature separate dining, lounge areas, and outdoor spaces, all connected via covered walkways and surrounded by garden courtyards.

There is a specialised self-contained dementia unit within the facility, which includes 10 rooms and a private garden designed for residents with significant memory loss. The care service supports interaction with nature, maintaining gardens, aviaries, and providing companion animals. Additional amenities include common lounge areas with flat screen TVs, activity rooms, a hairdressing salon, a BBQ area, and a children's play area, enhancing the living experience for residents.
