The staff really try hard to assist and my mother has settled in very well ..prior to moving to the home mum was in an independent living unit which worked fine as long as her children put a big effort in to make it work .. it just got too much ..

The care staff are lovely Accommodation nicely modern Food typical of hospitals But try to get through the reception! Misfiled personal paperwork Sour expressions No attention to my name Break conversation to answer the phone. No instructions on how to get out of this secure doors. Maybe i got them both on a bad day.
