This place is atrocious, I wouldn't put my worst enemy here. Who knows what they did with my nan's clothes, can't even bury her in something decent because it's all gone. Moved her out of palliative room and down the end so they didn't have to hear her calling out. Staff had personal conversations about people dying in front of my nan, when they took her to the toilet with the hoist they didn't speak to her, just forced her into it and didn't even adjust the bed, we were in the room for one of those occasions, it made her very distressed. Rarely checked on her, she stopped walking, she had a TV that nobody turned on even though we mentioned it repeatedly. We had many complaints and nothing was addressed or changed. Absolutely disgusted with the conduct of the staff. There were 2 people whose conduct wasn't completely horrendous, and i thank them for their help, but everyone else should be banned from the field and this place needs to be investigated.
Lovely country setting and the staff are very pleasant to deal with.
Great country aged care
