A lot of old people, surprisingly.
My grandfather suffered several falls under chaffeys care, infact he had a fall that unfortunately was his last. His family informed at all, we weren't called to be told my grandfather was dying. It took us calling multiple times and being given excuses until one brave employee quietly told us he was dying. His last 24hrs he was visited by his family, surrounded by love, laughter and the smells of his favorite food. But he should have had more then 24hrs with us, he should've had a few more years filled with Sunday roasts and telling me stories about him sailing and traveling. I miss him and it's been eight years, and I still cry over how his life was stolen from your neglect.
