Found the nursing staff, Danica in particular, to be quite helpful, compassionate and informative. Dr Neha Choudhary had a good bedside manner. Well looked after. Enjoyed the morning tea and lunch provided too.

I recently was a day patient for elective surgery. All staff, nurses in particular could not have been more friendly and professional. Patient with my questions and happy to explain any detail of concern. As my first time having surgery it was a nervous experience however the staff made me feel comfortable and it was a wonderful experience overall. Despite the pressure on all staff due to Covid etc. they provided outstanding service and care. Very Thankful

I had day surgery here on the 9th of November 2018. The staff where all so lovely and informative. Very attentive to me before and after the surgery. I was in much more pain the inticipated and they where more than accommodating, constantly checking in and making sure I was ok. It is a smaller, older hospital but I found it more homely & friendly then Bendigo Base. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making my stay the best experience possible.
