Went there to ask for a place for my mother in law, staffs are helpful and nice, fast response and solve my queries promptly.
I have been this nursing home looked for the accommodation for my grandma. I found the place is clean and comfortable to live in, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I rang to ask if they would like a few boxes of donated books. I couldn't understand the woman, when I asked her to repeat what she had said she said "hold on", began speaking with someone else for a while, then I hear elevator music for a minute... She comes back over the phone, only says a blunt "no" and hangs up on me!! If that is how they act over DONATIONS there is no way my grandparents will ever go here. Shockingly rude.
