Went to visit mum today and although I enjoyed the visit, it was really disappointing to hear staff talking down on other staff members, how can I be sure my mum will be okay there knowing that you can’t even look out for each other let alone elders. You’re supposed to be a team regardless of you’re “title” and it will for sure begin to affect the care given to residents including my mother. Get your act together.
Dad has only been there 5 weeks and is still settling. I find the staff very friendly and obliging. He loves the food which he says is very tasty. They have recently upgraded furniture n curtains n garden. Overall I am very happy with the care he tecieves
