My father commenced at Carino Care Russell Lea as a respite resident for 2 months. Both my father and our family were very happy with the care and attention my father received, we applied for permanent care. We can’t say enough about the facility. If we have an issue it addressed immediately. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. My father enjoys the variety of meals and activities. The residence has been exceptional during these difficult times of Covid19 putting in place safe procedures and allowing our family to see my father be it with restrictions. Thank you for the peace of mind.
My father has been at this nursing home for over 3 years now and I have been very happy how dad has been cared for by all staff at carino care, Cathy, Michelle & staff have all treated dad very well. If there was something that we were concerned about the staff would take care of it for us straight away, I also must say that the cleaning of the premises is at high standards in my opinion. The staff are friendly & very accomodating to all our needs I would highly recommend carino care nursing home to all my family & friends with no hesitations 100% Well done James & all staff that have been looking after dad thank you so much.

I have had my dad at Carino Care Russell lea for 3 years this month. I can’t say enough about the facility. Whenever we have something to say. We mention it and it is addressed instantly. The staff are all amazing . At the end of June my mum also went in for respite. Originally it was for one month then mum wanted to stay longer. So she is doing another 30 days. If there was a problem she would definitely not want to stay there. Keep up the excellent work and care. They have also been amazing during Covid.
the team of nurses here are very friendly, kind and polite. they are doing such a fantastic job everyday in looking after and taking care of my dad and I like their entertainment activities. keep up the great work.

You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.

Carino Care at Russell Lea supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
