The Residents Experience rating shows what current residents at Calvary Brighton think of the food, staff, care and more. These ratings are from the 2024 Aged Care Quality Commission Survey.
Clean, caring retirement home. Not fancy but they do a great job of caring for their residents.
As a carer i had just 2 shifts and was doing the work carefully and religiously which was told by Rn or other experienced carer and they have told my agency to remove me from workplace without letting know the actual reason. Some staff literally showed racist behaviour which is very mean.
10 out of 10 great place to work full of very dedicated staff as an agency staff I really enjoyed my shift
My previous 3 star review has been removed! Very dissapointing. Gives a false representation if businesses remove reviews. My previous review stated- Terrible food. Very hit and miss. Some great staff but overshadowed by some very poor staff. With a royal commission into aged care I would expect a lot more. Care factor is very low.
Hi just put my 94 year old father in to this place so far he seems to like it ..
