Friend went for an interview: "Went for an interview: The seek advertisement said receptionist, the confirmation email they sent said Guest Support Agent and when I went for the interview, they said it was for an scheduling officer. Even I didn't know what job I was applying for. (These jobs are not the same). They are highly disorganised in basic administration services."
Awesome place and everyone is so friendly..always feels like home.
This by far is the best aged care facility in the area, they took such good care of my Grandmother right up until she passed, The staff were amazing they were all like family to her and us. There were lots of activities, functions and outings available.Easter & Xmas celebrations for family to attend as well as regular BBQ’s. It was such a lovely environment. We can’t thank the staff at Opal especially to those who worked in the Grevilla Unit enough. Thank you for all that you have done & your continued support.
This is one of the best aged care facilities I know caring staff clean and lots of activities the food is also excellent
