I would like to say thank you for the open day held at Bupa Tugun on Sat 4th March...on behalf of my dad Cliff, myself, my sisters & mum who all had a great day....the joy it brought to so many faces, people connecting to one another even if they did not know each other.....with the animals and little children running around, the energy in the place was lifted (definitely the highlight)......this is the best medicine that could ever be prescribed as it brings life to those who feel lifeless.... PLEASE PLEASE do it again.....also please look into organising for the little ones (children) to visit on a more regular basis.....better than many other therapies.... Thank you Maddie Hackett
The Home and surrounds are lovely. The staff are so welcoming, kind, patient and caring. I am amazed at their skill and experience and in awe of their service. The admission staff were clear and explained how it all works very well in a way that we understood and felt comfortable knowing what we were doing. The meals are delicious. The rooms are lovely. My family and I feel so fortunate that we were able to get a place for our mother there now that her age and health means that she needs 24hr professional care.
