A big shout out to the BUPA home at Hardy Street Ashbury for their caring treatment of our late brother and uncle. Friendly staff and they treat the residents with care and respect.
My Nan is currently residing here and there have been issues since the beginning. Stuff has gone missing, a nurse was found to have unplugged the call button so that my Nan couldn’t ring for help. And now with COVID they wouldn’t let me in because they didn’t have enough test kits, even though we booked ahead. If it wasn’t so hard to find another home for my Nan, we would’ve took her out of there ages ago.
Thank you Bupa Aged Care Ashbury - My mother is a permanent resident and I have found you all to be caring and sympathetic to her wishes. The place is always clean, the staff keep my mother well looked after, the food is nice and meet her dietary needs. You accommodate and respect all of my mother's request and needs.
Thank-you Bupa Ashfield NSW for taking such wonderful care of my father in-law Arthur in Aug-Sept 2017. Your dedicated staff took great care to treat him and our family with dignity and respect, he was 97 years old and you empathically placed him with another man the same age and with similar circumstances. Your staff are a credit to your company and worked together ensuring he was clean, fed and cared for, the facilities also clean and tidy. When we got the call from you, your staff allowed all five of us to sit with him and even made us all a cup of tea. We thank you all for your kindness.
