My friend turned 99. Being well looked after
Staff friendly, rooms are a good size. Looks like a good place to have a relative staying.
Staff here are fantastic. They do so much interacting with the residents. Makes you feel you've made the right choice when having to put a loved one there.
Staff are excellent and look after the needs of the residents in a loving and caring environment.
My father was recently denied admission to this "home" as they stated that they would be unable to communicate with him, due to his poor management of his English. He suffers from dementia and dementia patients struggle to communicate at best of times. We found this decision to border on discrimination and un Australian. My father worked and paid his taxes for over 50+ years and to be denied care was demeaning. The story has a happy ending as we found a home on the coast that without any reservation offered him the care he so very much needs. They provide to dementia patients reference cards with pictures that has every day life needs, where he just points etc. We feel blessed that we found such compassionate people. Shame on you!
