we are both entitled to services such as home maintenance , domestic help and garden assist . I understand staff shortages causing issues BUT twice now , even before Covid , We have been billed for both in home assessment and referral to trades by BlueCare However , no one actually did any work for us or even sent quotes. I had to go elsewhere for urgent help and risk unscreened services. They never have gardeners or domestics available. Add post script . Recently ( 13/02/22) , Geof , the maintenance supervisor , called me , apologised and corrected the charges on my account . He said it was unfortunate that the trade allocated to my job had failed to respond . Geof has always been very helpful and considerate .

My Nana was a resident here and the staff are absolutely amazing. She seemed to enjoy her room and never had anything bad to say about the place. Highly recommend :)
