Bluecare worker driving dangerously and deliberately stopping traffic from going through a green light after I beeped to raise his attention. Unbelievably with a client in the car. Called to complain and without a rego number despite all other details nothing can be done and I get the feeling they don’t really care due to the patronising nature of my conversation. I can’t imagine these people will look after your parents very well.
Horrendous treatment of my elderly and invalid mother in law. And now when trying to transition to a company that will assist her they are charging more money. Way to care….
My mother was residing there in the rehab unit for approx 3 weeks. Near the end of her stay she said that it started to feel like home. It was very nice, very caring staff and good food. Wednesday singing around the piano was a favourite time for her. Now we are looking to find a permanent place we so wish she could live there, as it is such a friendly caring place.
