Apparently, these aged pensioners eat sandwiches 4 or 5 nights per week. Or bland meals of watery soup. I can't see where the money is going on meals, Yet a massive coldroom was installed about 2 years ago.
Nicely presented hostel, well maintained gardens and friendly staff.
Unable to travel to Qld due to Covid. Was really happy when we could to see the very nice place Mum has, all staff were great, and dealt well with us disrupting Mums routine when taking her out.
Staff seem very loverly .. cant do enough for my mother in-law. She seems very happy here
The place is old with old mentality nursing. Residents don't have an opinion that are listened to. The evil "witches of eastwick" work here and they are the registered staff who make sure your loved ones don't have a voice or any choices. It's very evident that the "new standards in aged care " introduced in 2018 and after the cringe worthy investigation into the aged care was fruitless, we are still left with no improvement. This is extremely evident in blue care. My advice to you after 26years in the business...avoid Bluecare..they don't have your beautiful family member as a priority
